Frequently asked questions
Do you see self paying patients?
Yes I do. I am signed up to BMI self pay packages which offer competitive prices for a consultation, procedure and follow up. I also offer competitive consultation prices.
Can I come to see you if I am insured?
Yes you can. Prior to arranging to meet me it is important to check with your insurer to get a pre-authorisation code. If you have an excess with your insurer you will need to let my secretary know as we will invoice you directly.
Will you have my results and investigation reports?
If you have been referred by your General Practitoner I will generally have received a summary of your previous investigations. Unfortunately I will not have any of your results if they have been performed at another hospital. Please bring copies of all previous investigations so that I can review them.
Do you see NHS patients?
My NHS base is at The Hillingdon and Mount Vernon hospitals. If you wish to see me on the NHS then it is best that your GP books you into one of my clinics there. I no longer see NHS patients in the private sector.
